My name is Garry, just about to start out on my USR training.
I am an IAM member with TVAM, have been a moto marshal with the NEG for 7 years and was the Chief Marshal for the Reading Toy Run for 8 years with 144 moto marshals reporting to me.
I've marshalled cycle races, cycling sportives, motorcycle convoys and half marathons.
Always willing to learn more and looking for the next challange.

Welcome to the forum and the group. Its a complete coincidence but with another hat on I was staying in Bideford on Friday and Saturday just gone, it was a tour organised by the Bellringing Motorcyclists and we had a fantastic time. You certainly live in a beautiful area and lovely town!
Back to the USRs and I hope to meet you soon at a future event. Currently most of what we do is based around the London/SE area but we are slowly spreading further west and who knows, may start to get some more events in the South West as numbers grow in this area.

I became an IAM Observer for TVAM and the meeting dates have just clashed each time.
