What a great event and what incredible support we received from the very special riders at USR.  All I have heard from cyclists, marshals and volunteers was how reassuring it was having ‘professional’ support riders to aid them should they require assistance.

I hope you take it as a huge compliment that the majority thought USR were a specialist event company, little do they know you all have day jobs.

The event was a great success with over 1,100 cyclists taking part which will hopefully help us to raise our target of£60,000 once all sponsorship money has been collected.  Your loyalty and dedication has been outstanding and undoubtedly contributed to the success of the event.

Once again, I would like to thank you for your support to me as events manager and to St.Michael’s  Hospice.  It has been a privilege and delight to work with you and I look forward to working with you on future events.
